Transition nozzles, also named swage nozzles, is used as a component for industrial air fin fan cooler and plays an important part to convey heat energy between heat sources and working fluids.
The characteristics of transition nozzles for fin fan cooler
Bottom part is slot structure
Top part is round shape (OD stays same as material round pipe before pressing)
This design of transition nozzles can reduce header size and reduce the size of air fin fan cooler that applied in petrochemical plants, power plants and oil refineries.

Materials are supplied under the requirements of ASME Sec II Part B Edition 2021.
All Transition nozzles are plain-end beveled.
Reconditioning or repair of transition nozzles by welding is not permitted.
All transition nozzles are free of surface defects and have a clean finish.
100% PMI (Positive Material Identification) is required on Transition Nozzles for chemical components test.
The pipe used to form transition nozzle will have a hydro static test.
The finished individual transition nozzles can have legible marking as customized. (The legible marking is used as traceability). If customer don’t need it, it is OK without marking on transition nozzles surfaces.
