The fin tube spacer, also named as fin tube support, is hold in the fixed position for long length fin tubes, especially for L Fin Tube, G Fin Tube and Extruded Fin Tube. The supports are applied to maintain the tube in right position without damaging the aluminum fins. They allow direct contact between tubes or between a tube and a tube supporting beam.
We have various kinds of fin tube spacer.
Divided by shape, the spacer has round circular shape, square shape, hexagonal shape, octagonal shape, rectangular shape and continuous hexagonal shape,etc.
Divided by material, the fin tube spacer can be made of aluminum, aluminum alloy, stainless steel, copper, copper alloy and zinc coated carbon steel plate.
Divided by sizes, our fin tube spacer has at least 10 sizes, can fix many size of fin tubes, such as for tube OD25.4mm with fin OD57.15mm, base tube OD31.8mm with fin OD63.5mm, base tube OD38.1mm with fin OD69.5mm, etc.
If our current fin tube spacer size not suitable for your fin tube, we can open new mould and tailor the exact right fin tube spacer for you. Sample can be provided as per client’s drawing for approval first before mass production.
For quality, pictures for each dimension size will be provided together with package details. We do accept the third party inspection such as BV, TUV, SGS to come and check the quality.
