Aluminum tube is a kind of non-ferrous metal tube, which refers to a metal tubular material that is hollow along its longitudinal length through extrusion processing of pure aluminum or aluminum alloy. There can be one or more closed through holes, the wall thickness and cross-section are uniform, and they are delivered in straight lines or in rolls. Widely used in automobiles, ships, aerospace, aviation, electrical appliances, agriculture, electric & mechanical, home furnishing and other industries.
Aluminum tubes are mainly divided into the following types
Divided by shape: square tube, round tube, patterned tube, special-shaped tube, global aluminum tube.
According to the extrusion method: seamless aluminum tube and ordinary extruded tube

Characteristic
It is a kind of high-strength hard aluminum, which can be strengthened by heat treatment. It has medium plasticity under annealing, just quenching and hot state, and has good spot welding performance. When gas welding and argon arc welding, aluminum tubes tend to form intergranular cracks; aluminum tubes The machinability is still good after quenching and cold work hardening, but it is not good in the annealed state. The corrosion resistance is not high, and anodic oxidation treatment and painting methods are often used to improve the corrosion resistance. It can also be used as a mold material.

1000 series aluminum tube
Aluminum of 99% or higher purity has many applications, especially in the electrical and chemical fields. These compositions are characterized by excellent corrosion resistance. Moderate increases in strength may be obtained by stain-hardening. Iron and silicon are the major impurities.
1000 series aluminum tube are mainly for 1050, 1060, 1100 series. Among all the series, the 1000 series belongs to the series with the most aluminum content. The purity can reach more than 99.00%. Because it does not contain other technical elements, the production process is relatively simple and the price is relatively cheap. It is the most commonly used series in conventional industries at present. Most of the circulating in the market are 1050 and 1060 series. The aluminum content of the 1000 series aluminum rod is determined according to the last two Arabic numerals. For example, the last two Arabic numerals of the 1050 series are 50. According to the international brand naming principle, the aluminum content must reach 99.5% or more to qualify as a product.
When applied in aluminum fin tube production, Al1060 tube is widely applied as muff tubes. The below two dimensions are widely used for aluminum fin height 15.875mm.
