How is nickel alloy tube with G fin Produced?
The base tube material is Alloy tube, such as Alloy 825 tube and UNS N04400 Monel 400 Tube. Then the fin strip is wound into a machined groove and securely locked into place by back filling with base tube material. This ensures that maximum heat transfer is maintained at high tube metal temperatures.
The manufacturing tool is made up of 2 non-cutting plates set at 90° to the axis of the base tubes (pipes) (core tube).The first plate effects a groove for metal spinning. The second directs the ribbon in the groove and sets the fin foot in the groove through pressure on the metal displaced for the groove. A similar plate made of tungsten carburate allows us to manufacture. G embedded fin tubes ( fin tubes )with base tubes (pipes) (core tube) made of austenitic steel or exotic alloys.

Alloy tube with G fin is slower than carbon steel tube with G Fin and also finning services
cost is higher.
Why choose Monel 400 Alloy Tube with G Fin?
Monel400 is a corrosion-resistant alloy with the largest amount, the widest application and excellent comprehensive performance. This alloy has excellent corrosion resistance inhydrofluoric acid and fluorine gas medium, and also has excellent corrosion resistance to hot concentrated lye.
