Why copper aluminum composited fin tube is popular?
Although the composited fin tube can be with base material such as carbon steel, 304/316 stainless steel, 90/10 copper-nickel, as well as other various different fin materials, none of these are as efficient or economical as copper/aluminum composited fin tubes.
Manufacturing process
The base copper tube (copper grade can be C12200, C70600, C44300, CuNi70/30, CuNi 90/10) is inserted into the aluminum muff tube, through rolling process, the fins are extruded out of the aluminum sleeve. Then ends fin will strip off from tube at customized length, cleaning, blast blowing, drying and then package.
The copper tube is produced according to ASTM (American Society of Testing Materials) and ASME (American Society of Mechanical Engineers) Standards.
The base copper tube standard is ASTM B75, ASME SB75, ASTM B111, ASME SB111

Fin Material is aluminum, grade can be Al1050A, Al1060, Al6061, Al6063.
Maximum operating temperature for copper and aluminum composited fin tube is 300℃。
Package
1.All tube ends will be covered with a plastic cap to protect the tube ends from corrosion
2.Between each layer of fin tubes, there will be a pearl to separate the fins from damaging
3.Inside the wooden case, there will waterproof tar paper or transparent film
4.Outside using the thick plywood case with steel frame welded and supported
5.The crates will be adequately blocked and fastened to prevent the goods moving inside the wooden case.
6.Package is strong enough for handling.
