Cangyang Thermal Energy offers various kind of aluminum finned tubes: Embedded G Fin Strip Tube, tension wound finned tubes, Edge grooved G Fin tubes (Tubos aletados) and extruded finned tubes.
Embedded fins (G-Fins) are produced by winding aluminium or copper strip into a helical groove machined on the outer surface of the tube. Depending on base tube material and fin material, the G Fin groove depth is different. When the base tube is carbon steel tube or copper, such as SA179 seamless tube, SA192 Tube and C12200 Copper tube, the G Fin grooved depth is about 0.4mm; when the base tube is stainless steel tube, duplex stainless steel and alloy steel, the G Fin grooved depth is about 0.2mm. Comparing with carbon steel base tube with grooved finning services, the alloy steel tube with G Fins production is much slower.

For the long length of Embedded G Fin Tubes, tube spacer may be needed to fix on the fins at different place of a tube. The fin tube spacer can be in aluminium material and galvanized steel strip material. Take following project of G Fin Tube as example.

Maybe the most important thing customers concerned is about quality control.
How do we control the quality of aluminum finned tube? Here we made an explanation as below.
We have strict quality control on materials before finning and after finning.
When order placed, we will make drawing with tolerances on each datas and then confirm with customers.
When materials arrived, our QC will check the materials surface and dimensions before do finning services to make sure all datas are qualified.
During finning services, our QC will check fin dimensions every one hour and take records.
Before doing package, we will make sure all fin tubes are with clean surface with no damaged fins.
During package, we will take pictures to show customers how the fin tubes are packed in wooden case and tell them the final datas of package weight and size to make ship booking.
Before fin tubes shipped, we will send customers the QC documents such as material MTC and inspection record to tracking.
