Cangyang Thermal Energy can provide both straight fin tube and heat exchanger bent fin tube whether in coils or U bends or other type of bending for your custom heat exchanger design.
The heat exchanger fin tubes can be bent into various shapes according to customer’s drawing or requirement. The finished heat exchanger bend fin tube can be in U-shape, Circle coils, Series of Square shape, S shape or other serpentine configuration.
According to our experience, heat exchanger bend fin tube mostly is done based on extruded fin type, with unfinned part in middle (base tube in middle without any fins). It can be bent in a series of U shapes from small to big, just like heat exchanger U tube bundles.

However, for some heat exchanger design, the whole heat exchanger fin tube need to be bent with fins on surface, the shape is like S type or similar bend type. Take a case as below for example.

Comparing with straight plain fin tube and connected by short elbows, this whole bent heat exchanger fin tube can save cost on both material and labor, also the finished heat exchanger surface is more beautiful than the one finished with lots of welding point.

All the above fin tubes with different raw material can be bent at requested shape according to customers’ design.
Maximum operating temperature for copper and aluminum composited fin tube is 300℃。
We can not only produce Copper and Aluminum Composited fin tube in extruded fin type, but also can do it in L Foot Tension Fin, Overlapped L Fin, KL Fin and Grooved G Fin. For all these fin type, the base tube can be with copper and fin material be aluminum.
Package
1.All tube ends will be covered with a plastic cap to protect the tube ends from corrosion
2.Between each layer of fin tubes, there will be a pearl to separate the fins from damaging
3.Inside the wooden case, there will waterproof tar paper or transparent film
4.Outside using the thick plywood case with steel frame welded and supported
5.The crates will be adequately blocked and fastened to prevent the goods moving inside the wooden case.
6.Package is strong enough for handling.
