With totally 6 sets of high speed wound tension finning machine, which are available for several types of finned tube, such as L Foot Fin, Double L Fin, KL Fin and G-wound up finned tubes, the daily production capacity can reach 6000 meters.
For most projects, the base tube is SA179 Seamless Tube, SA213 TP304 Tube and SA213 TP316 Tube and fin material is aluminium Al1050, Al 1060, Al1100 . But for some customers, they may prefer copper seamless tubes with aluminum G-fins.

Test reports for required materials are according to ASTM – B111- UNS NO: C44300. Results of test reports should be submitted with the delivered materials.
