The Third-Party Inspection Before Shipment

Recently we received an order of 10000 pcs finned tubes, 32 cases, including Embedded G Finned Tube and Extruded Type Finned Tube.

Before shipment, our customer entrusts the third-party testing agency to inspect the pipes.

The base tube dimension is SA179 25.4x2.77*9144/12010, people from the third-party agency carefully measure the Tube OD, Tube Thick, Tube Length, Fin OD, Fin Thick, Fin Pitch and Unnfinned Length. They took photos and recorded the entire process. Finally, we sample the base tube to submit for inspection.

According to our customer's requirement, each finned tube is labeled for them to follow up the specific order which is labeled the Fin Type, Fin Material and Dimension, Heat NO. Lot NO.and Sizes of steel pipes.

The inspection lasted until the afternoon and the whole process went very smoothly. When the report was sent to our customer, they were quite satisfied.

All of our finned tubes are produced according to ASME standard with the best quality, and can be customized in dimension. We cooperate with famous inspection parties, such as TUV, BV, SGS and can issue EN10204 3.2 Certificate.
