Heat exchanger is the most common equipment in industrial production, to realize the heat transfer between fluids. According to the different working principle and structure design, heat exchanger can be divided into many types:
Shell&Tube Heat Exchanger:
Mainly composed of Shell, Tube Bundle, Tube sheet and Floating head. Tubes are arranged in parallel and fluid flows inside the tubes, another fluid flows in the shell. With the advantages of sample structure, strong and sturdy, low cost,
wide range of material, easy to clean, it still plays an important role in the heat exchanger equipment.

Plate Heat Exchanger:
Plate heat exchanger is a high efficiency heat transfer equipment, composed of a series of stacked metal sheets with certain corrugated shape. Thin channels are formed between these sheets, to achieve the heat transfer.
The most typical is the partitioning wall heat exchanger which application has a time-honored history in industry and still occupies a dominant position among all heat exchangers. The main components are plate and gasket, which used for the heat transfer between liquids.

Finned Tube Heat Exchanger:
Finned tube are the main components of finned tube heat exchangers, fins are surfaces that extend from an object to increase the rate of heat transfer to or from the environment by increasing convection. This kind of heat exchanger typically used for air heating or cooling. To strengthen the heat transfer efficiency throuth add fins to the ordinary base tube. The base tube could be steel pipe, copper pipe, stainless steel pipe and alloy pipe. Fin material could be copper, aluminum or steel.
The contact surface between the fins and heat tube is large and tight, with good and stable heat transfer performance, small resistance to air passage, steam or hot water flows through the pipes to transfer the heat to the air passing between the fins, to achieve the function of heating and cooling.
