Recently we have finished an order of integral copper extruded high fin tube, the inner tube material is C70600 and fin material is C12200. After the tubes finished extrusion, some aluminum tube supports are fixed on the copper finned tubes at required place.

The copper extruded fin tubes can be both in low fin and high fin, the tube ends can be with base tube naked or with all fins or with parts of fins stripped off but with root fin on base core tube and protect the tube.
For high copper fin tube, the outside fin OD is 17~31.5mm, material tube OD is 10~24.5mm, tube wall thick is 0.76~1.2mm; For low copper fin tube, the fin OD is 12.7~25.4mm, material tube OD is 9.53~22.22mm, tube wall thick is 0.81~1.972mm. Length is no limit.

The high-efficiency heat exchange tubes produced by Cangyang Thermal Energy (Minyang Heat Transfer) use metal seamless blank tubes, which are integrally extruded on the outer (inner) surface of the blank tubes by a tube rolling machine, and rolled into high-efficiency finned tubes with continuous threaded fins. With copper fins on surface and plus good thermal conductivity on copper tube, it has good heat transfer, high strength, thermal shock and mechanical shock resistance, and good thermal expansion performance. The pitch of our finned tubes is between 6 and 20 teeth per inch, and the fin height is 3 to 15 mm. As an internationally advanced heat exchanger element, the copper finned tubes is widely applied on condensers, coolers, evaporators, oil coolers, water heaters, heat pumps and boilers.
